2024 STEM Workshops
The 2024 STEM Workshops, funded by the Santa Barbara Education Foundation Student Grant, are a fun, interactive way to teach 2nd - 6th grade students about STEM! Women In Tech hosted fascinating activities and hands-on learning that exposed kids to the wonders of science.
These workshops covered a variety of fun science topics, from engineering challenges like building spaghetti marshmallow towers, to learning about the chemistry behind growing borax crystals. Each workshop had students learn about a different area of STEM in a fun and engaging way.
